چکیده
In order to evaluate the shear strength and behavior of high-strength concrete beams without web reinforcing, eight continuous with cross sections 200 mm by 300 were cast tested failure. The ultimate load-carrying capability are presented. applicability Sudheer et al. equations ACI 318M-14 is examined. addition, effects compressive ( f c ′ ) span effective depth ratio (a/d) on HSRC stirrups also studied. 63 MPa, 78.8 85.9 92 MPa concrete’s strengths, while 2.41 3.33 its ratios. There two equal spans beams, at each span, they evaluated under a single-point load. It was found that increasing strength, failure load increased. But deflection did not affect it significantly. While increasing, led decrease in but increased deflection. both 318 M-14 equation more conservative.

Shear Strength of Slender Reinforced Concrete Beams without Web Reinforcement
This paper attempt to predict the shear strength of high strength concrete beam with different shear span of depth ratio without web reinforcement. The large data base available has been clustered and a linear equation analysis has been performed . The prepared models are functions of compressive strength , percentage of flexural reinforcement and depth of beam. The proposed models have been va...
متن کاملScale Effect on the Shear Strength of Reinforced Concrete Columns with Termination of Main Reinforcements
A number of RC bridge columns which are similar with the columns which suffered extensive damage during the 1995 Kobe, Japan earthquake due to premature shear failure resulting from the termination of longitudinal reinforcements with insufficient development and the lack of shear reinforcements still exist. To improve the seismic performance, some of them were retrofitted. Evaluation of shear s...

cement is an essential ingredient in the concrete buildings. for production of cement considerable amount of fossil fuel and electrical energy is consumed. on the other hand for generating one tone of portland cement, nearly one ton of carbon dioxide is released. it shows that 7 percent of the total released carbon dioxide in the world relates to the cement industry. considering ecological issu...
